## Description
If you like learning by doing and are passionate about the web, this is for you.

Cursor Lab is an afternoon session at UEES focused on web development: you’ll use Cursor to build a project in the browser or on your web stack (frontend, an API that powers a web app, or both). You’ll ask the editor for changes, see what it suggests, review diffs on pages or components, and set rules so the assistant understands your repo.

This isn’t another long AI lecture. It’s hands-on, with laptops open and the Ai Labs team walking around the classroom. This session isn’t designed as a native mobile app lab; the focus is on the web.

What you’ll take away

Know how to start or iterate on a web project with AI without getting lost along the way.

The confidence to review what the editor suggests for your frontend or a route/API and say “yes to this, no to that.”

A setup that respects your web stack and your way of working.

If time allows, a first attempt with agents that perform more than one step on their own in a web workflow.

Who is it for

Priority for UEES students.

If there’s room in the classroom, we’ll make space for people from outside with a laptop and a desire to experiment.

Native mobile apps aren’t the focus of this session; if your interest is solely in iOS/Android, another format might be better.

You don’t need to be a senior. You need curiosity and a desire to experiment.

What to bring

A fully charged laptop. If you already have a GitHub repo or web project, bring it; if not, we’ll set one up together that day. If you come with a concrete idea of what you want to build on the web, even better.

Do you have questions? Great. That’s what the lab is for
