Join us for our next WTIA Tech@Night The AI Workforce Shift, an evening bringing together tech professionals, founders, workforce leaders, and community members for connection, insight, and real conversation about navigating today’s rapidly evolving tech landscape. This Tech@Night will explore what it takes to get hired, stay competitive, and grow your career in an AI-driven world—while also addressing the realities of layoffs and workforce transitions across Seattle’s tech ecosystem. What to Expect ✨ Tech Community Networking Mixer Kick off the evening with intentional networking, refreshments, and meaningful connection with tech professionals, founders, hiring managers, and community partners from across the region. 🎤 Panel: The AI Workforce Shift Hear from leaders across tech, startups, workforce development, and public sector organizations as they share real-world insights on how AI is reshaping hiring, skills, and career pathways. This conversation will focus on what it takes to get hired today, how to level up within your current role, and how to navigate layoffs and re-enter the workforce with confidence. Schedule for the Evening 5:30 – 6:30 PM – Community networking reception with refreshments 6:30 – 7:30 PM – Panel Discussion: Getting Hired, Leveling Up, and Navigating layoffs in the Age of AI 7:30 – 8:00 PM – Continued networking and community connections Whether you’re actively job searching, navigating a recent layoff, looking to grow in your current role, or hiring talent in today’s market, this Tech@Night offers a space to connect, learn, and take actionable steps toward building a resilient, future-ready career in tech.
