From the algorithms that select your next favourite video to the AI assisting you with homework and the widespread use of social media, technology is advancing faster than ever. However, as technology increasingly becomes an integral part of our society and daily lives, what risks does it pose to our youth and society at large? Join The AI Collective Stellenbosch for an interactive session aimed at students and parents. We will explore the risks and benefits of AI for our youth and discuss what needs to be done to ensure that the use of AI remains aligned with human values. Please be advised: Unfortunately, space is very limited at these community events and we can not always accept everyone we would like to. If you are not accepted to this event, please keep applying! We appreciate your application tremendously and we are looking forward to seeing you at a future event very soon! The AI Collective is a global non-profit building the human layer for the AI era.
