## Description
AI agent tools are here. The setup is learnable. What's missing, for most people, is how to weave this altogether and apply it to their particular use case.  
Plug and Play Seattle is hosting a workshop on AI agents – specifically, how to set one up, connect it to the tools you already use, and put it to work on the problems that are costing you the most time. Darian Parrish, a Seattle-based founder who currently runs 15+ agents across his own business, will walk through the setup, share the use cases that have actually moved the needle, and answer the questions founders don't usually get to ask.  
This is a hands-on session for founders, operators, and builders who are ready to move from curious to operational.  
You'll leave knowing:  
An overview of AI agents and why it's gaining traction with early-stage founders  
How to run the setup yourself, step by step – including common mistakes to avoid  
The use cases that deliver the most operating leverage on a lean team  
How to think about agents as a force multiplier, not a replacement
