## Description
Learn more about AI + CX than 99% of CX professionals Customer Experience (CX) has always been about understanding people. The professionals winning right now have figured out that AI is the fastest way to get there - and that the tools have finally caught up to the work. But they are also aware of where chatbots, voicebots and other agents are best used, and not used. This isn't a lecture. It's a working session for CX practitioners who need to cut through the noise, see what AI actually does at each stage of the experience lifecycle, and leave with a clearer picture of what to use, when, and why it's critical to keep humans in the loop. Join The AI Collective Atlanta this Wednesday, June 9, 5:30-8:30 at Improving in Alpharetta for an insightful evening of community discussion around use of AI in customer experience, including service design, customer success, contact centers, problem resolution, and discuss where it's best to use voice AI, chat AI, or human solutions. ABOUT THIS EVENT AI is reshaping every stage of CX - from the first moment of customer discovery through journey design, service delivery, and long-term loyalty measurement. But most CX professionals are still figuring out which tools actually matter for their work versus which ones are just noise. This discussion will break it down in two parts: 1) AI tools for Experience Design and 2) AI tools for Experience Management. We'll share summaries from current 2026 research on how CX teams are actually using AI, discuss what's working across the field, and spend real time on practical tools and use cases for the work you do every day. Free. Community-driven. Come ready to talk. This free, 90-minute hands-on workshop is designed for people who are new to AI or are just starting to do more advanced things like create agents, build apps, create reports. No jargon. No theory. Just practical tools, live demonstrations, and real use cases that apply to your work from day one. AI Collective Atlanta brings together Atlanta's most active community of AI practitioners, founders, buillders, investors, learners, and leaders. This workshop is part of a series to ensure professoinsals understand AI and know how to use it to their best purpose in increasing value. The Room Where it Happens This is what it looks like when Atlanta's AI community shows up. Same room. Same energy. This Wednesday, June 9 - come be part of it. WHAT WE'LL COVER 🔍 2026 AI in CX - What the Research Says - We'll open with summaries from current AI usage reports specific to CX, then discuss what's actually happening in the field versus what's being hyped. 🗺️ AI Tools for Experience Design - Customer discovery, journey mapping, product design, service design, facility design, UX/UI, and more. Which tools apply where, and what they can actually do. 📊 AI Tools for Experience Management - Customer success, goal setting, SLA management, MOSs, VOC programs, metrics and measurement, and loyalty tracking.
