## Description
We're calling an emergency session to break down the grey box: what it actually is, how the pipeline works, and whether it's a technique the rest of us can run.  
If you're planning to attend, please come prepared to share a 3–5 minute case study of your own.  
I'll kick things off with a recent discovery, then pass the mic and moderate a lightning round so everyone has a chance to present what they've learned. Please be mindful of time so we can hear from as many people as possible.  
The focus of this session is gray-box filmmaking and the practical realities of shooting live action for AI-assisted workflows. We're specifically looking for examples that demonstrate:  
Video-to-video workflows with strong source-driver coherence  
Best practices for capturing footage intended for transformation  
Successes and lessons learned using off-the-shelf or enterprise tools  
Techniques that improve consistency, control, and quality  
Let's avoid deep-dive ComfyUI workflows for this session and keep the discussion centered on production-ready approaches that can be adopted by filmmakers today.  
This is not a showcase for finished films. It's a working session for people actively exploring the craft, testing workflows, comparing tools, and pushing the medium forward.  
Come prepared to share what has worked, what hasn't, the tools you've found most effective, and where you think this space is heading.
