OpenClaw NWA Meetup

Description

Where: UofA Collaborative, 700 SE 5th Street, Common Kitchen
Food will be provided, sponsored by the UofA Collaborative.
We sit at the frontier of where AI fails and where it thrives. That boundary moves every day.
AI is entering a new phase. We’re moving beyond prompts and copilots into systems where AI can interact with software, orchestrate workflows, and operate parts of real businesses.
OpenClaw is one of the tools pushing that frontier forward.
OpenClaw NWA is a monthly gathering for builders, technologists, and business leaders exploring how these systems are actually being built and deployed—and where this technology is heading next.
This isn’t a lecture or a beginner AI meetup.
It’s a conversation-driven evening where people experimenting with OpenClaw and other agentic tools share ideas, demos, and insights about where AI works today, where it still fails, and what the next generation of AI systems may look like.
Part of the goal is to collectively explore where this technology is moving, how businesses and builders can position themselves well for it, and how to recognize what’s coming before it becomes obvious to everyone else.
If you're curious about building autonomous AI systems, integrating them into your business, or exploring the limits of what these tools can do, this is the room.
OpenClaw NWA is designed for people who build software, experiment with AI agents and automation workflows, or run businesses and want to understand how these systems will reshape operations.
No OpenClaw experience required; just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
Monthly evening gathering. No lectures. No slides. Just builders and operators exchanging ideas about how these systems are evolving, where the technology is heading, and how to stay ahead of it.
